Noguchi Style Tribeca Coffee Table

Isamu Noguchi was one of America’s most influential architects, furniture designers and artists of the 20th century. Born in the United States in 1904, he spent his youth in Japan until the age of 14. Isamu Noguchi started his college education at Columbia, but dropped out in 1924 to pursue a career in sculpture. Noguchi’s sculptures went on to be world famous. His sculpture works were used around the world, from New York to Israel to Japan.

The Noguchi Coffee Table is based upon Isamu Noguchi's design of the 1940's. This table is both a work of art and a piece of fine furniture. A 3/4-inch plate-glass top rests on two curved, solid wood legs that interlock to form a tripod for self-stabilizing support. The table is an extraordinary harmony of form and function. This is a high quality reproduction of a classic design first produced in 1944. Available in Black, Ash, and Medium Walnut finish. Includes manufacturer's warranty of 5 years against defects or workmanship errors.
